The structure of CHD polycarbonate sheet extruder line

• One-machine producing design for PC flat sheet and corrugated sheet (wave sheet/roofing sheet).
• Equipped with the winder system or cutting system for each product.
• The machine can produce 3 or 4 different structures of roofing sheet.

The extrusion system for CHD PC sheet extrusion machine

• Single screw venting extruder and parallel twin screw extruder, two different extruders.
• Independent research and development design screw elements, with better plasticizing performance. Ensure the light transmittance of the PC sheet.
• The stable material feeder, makes the pressure is stable while the machine running.
• Equip the vacuum venting system. Single venting for single screw extruder. Double venting for twin screw extruder.

Roller calender system

• 42CrMoA roller, hard roller. Ensure the smooth surface of polycarbonate sheet.
• SIEMENS servo motor for each roll.
• Synchronizing control system for roller and haul-off unit. The speed of haul-off unit can be controlled synchronously with the roller calender or independently.
• Equip the roller temperature controller, precise temperature control.

Roofing sheet forming system & flat sheet equipment

• Two groups forming roller, total 4 pcs rollers for roofing sheet.
• Protective film lamination unit for PC flat sheet, for protecting the sheet surface.
